NEW AGM DATE/Norfolk Rep Update

All members of WDMHA

On the 19 th day of February 2019 at 7:30 pm, a general meeting of the membership of the Waterford District Minor Hockey Association will take place at Waterford arena back room.

At this meeting, a  motion will be made to ratify a previous motion passed by the WDMHA board of directors on the 9 th day of October 2018, to execute the memorandum of agreement regarding the creation of Norfolk County Minor Hockey Association dated November 23, 2018. Attached is a proposal highlights presentation in addition to a copy of the signed agreement for your perusal.
All active members of WDMHA in good standing are encouraged to attend the meeting and cast their vote. Per our existing bylaws, voting by Proxy is not permitted. 

NOTE: Following this special meeting we will have our AGM meeting as per posted Agenda.
