PAYMENT DETAILS:
OPTION 1: Tournament cheques can be made payable to WATERFORD & DISTRICT MINOR HOCKEY ASSOCIATION. Please be sure to include the tournament name/division in the cheque memo. Our mailing address is as follows:

OPTION 2: E-transfer can be made to t[email protected] and copy t[email protected]. Be sure to include the password and the tournament name/division.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- In order to register for an event hosted by Waterford District Minor Hockey Association, the Registration Form must be completed in full and included all required attachments.
- Completion of the Registration Form does not guarantee the submitting team a spot in the event. Registration is on a first come, first served basis and is considered complete once payment has been received and confirmed by the Tournament director.
- Registration Forms, OMHA Approved Rosters and Travel Permits will be accepted by e-mail submission only.
- Payment must be received within three weeks following the submission or the registration form in order to guarantee the submitting team a spot in the event.
- Event fees are non-refundable (unless the spot can be filled).
