The Minor Hockey Boards of Port Dover, Simcoe, and Waterford are now set to move ahead with a series of information sessions on the proposed Rep Partnership Agreement. The information session dates are:

1. 8pm October 28 at Waterford Arena
    Multi Purpose Room
(2nd level, rear of the arena)

2. 8pm October 29 at Simcoe Talbot Gardens Arena
    Multi Purpose Room
    (2nd Floor)

3. 7pm October 30 at Port Dover Arena
    Multi Purpose Room

We respect that everyone has busy schedules and may find it a challenge to attend the session at their local arena. Therefore, all members are welcome to attend any of the session date/locations, in hopes that one of the dates will work for you.

We look forward to your attendance and participation at these upcoming meetings. These information sessions will prepare members to proceed to the voting stage; the date of which will be set shortly.

Please watch for more information on this important next step. Specific details on where we are at in the overall process is provided in our October 21 – REP Partnership Newsletter attached here:
