NOTICE TO ALL WDMHA MEMBERS

Be so advised that on Monday, November 4 the Waterford Minor Hockey Association Executive Board passed the following resolution:  

"That the WDMHA Board call a General Meeting of the membership for MONDAY, November 18, 7pm, for the purpose of conducting a membership vote on the matter of the proposed REP Partnership Agreement, so endorsed by the WDMHA Executive on October 9, 2019”  

As per this resolution, the General Membership is hereby given NOTICE of a General Membership Meeting to be held on:
DATE: 18th day of November, 2019
TIME: 7 pm
LOCATION: Tricenturena, 32 Church St E, Waterford, ON


The Agenda for this meeting will deal solely with the following motion which will be tabled that evening:

"That the Rep Partnership Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) dated August 17, 2019 and endorsed by the WDMHA, SMHA and PDMHA Executive Boards, be approved by the membership of WDMHA and that the WDMHA Board be directed to take all necessary steps to implement the MOA for the upcoming 2020/2021 season"

Please make efforts to attend this meeting as a membership vote will be held on this motion.

The membership vote will complete STEP 5 of the REP Partnership Roadmap:
