NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) AGENDA ITEM

In order to modernize Executive Committee positions within the Waterford & District Minor Hockey Association (WDMHA), the following updates to position titles are proposed:

CURRENT POSITION TITLES
  • 1st Vice-President / REP Convenor
    •
  • IP/Tyke Director
  • 2nd Vice-President / Atom & Peewee LL Convenor
  • 3rd Vice-President / Bantam & Midget LL Convenor
    •
  • Speak Out Director
  • Secretary
UPDATED POSITION TITLES
  • Vice President, REP Director
  • Vice President, U5-U9 Local League Director
  • Vice President, U11-U13 Local League Director
  • Vice President, U15-U18 Local League Director
  • Risk Management Director
  • Administrator
In the event the President is unable to fulfill their duties, the Executive Committee will hold a vote to appoint one of the Vice Presidents as Interim President. This appointment will remain in effect until such time as the elected President is able to return to their duties or an election may be held.
