I acknowledge that any funds advanced by Waterford Minor Hockey Association to my team before December 1st, must be repaid by December 31st of the same year. Any cheque request after December 1st of the year must be paid in full before the cheque will be issued.

If you are entering a tournament that only accepts this option, or require a quick turnaround to ensure your spot, please pay via e-transfer from your personal account and request a Tournament Cheque from the Registrar through usual channels.
