U8 Norfolk Cooperative Jamboree: Tournament fees must be paid by e-transfer to [email protected]. Please send confirmation of payment to [email protected], include the event name along with your team name in the email body.
U9 Norfolk Cooperative Tournament: Tournament fees must be paid by e-transfer to [email protected]. Please send confirmation of payment to [email protected], include the event name along with your team name in the email body.
Waterford Wildcats Tournaments: Tournament fees must be paid by e-transfer to t[email protected]. Please send confirmation of payment to [email protected], include the event name along with your team name in the email body.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- In order to register for an event hosted by Norfolk Minor Hockey Association or Waterford District Minor Hockey Association, the Registration Form must be completed in full and included all required attachments.
- Completion of the Registration Form does not guarantee the submitting team a spot in the event. Registration is on a first come, first served basis and is considered complete once payment has been received and confirmed by the Tournament director.
- Registration Forms, OMHA Approved Rosters and Travel Permits will be accepted by e-mail submission only.
- Payment must be received within three weeks following the submission or the registration form in order to guarantee the submitting team a spot in the event.
- Event fees are non-refundable (unless the spot can be filled).
