- These children will be registered in Major Novice and play in that division. Major Novice will play transitional ice (meaning 1/2 ice til December and full ice staring in January) with regulation size nets. Major Novice will play in either the Southern Counties Rep or Local League System.
**If a 2011 birth year child would like to move DOWN to the Minor Novice division the process is to complete the child movement form on the WDMHA website and apply to move after the season has started. The convenors will access the skill of the child and the numbers in each division and with the parents decide if the move can/should be accommodated. If the move is approved, you will be reimbursed the $175 registration difference between the two divisions.
