  4. Late Registration Fee – After August 20th, 2017a late registration fee of $100 will be applied to each registration.  The only EXCEPTION will be new participants to WDMHA.  This policy change was implemented at the AGM as convenors require a period of time prior to the commencement of the season to organize team numbers and access coaching requirements effectively.  Registration will still be accepted on August 21st, 2017 however a late fee will be applied to the fees outlined below.

Payment is due at the time of registration.  Please note that your child will not be allowed on the ice, whether it be for rep tryouts or the beginning of the regular season UNLESS THEY ARE REGISTERED AND PAID IN FULL (post-date cheques accepted).

PLEASE take the time to read the following:

  1. Fundraising fee – The $50 fundraising fee has been operational for the past two years and has been a huge success. The upcoming season will be the third in row in which WDMHA has not increased registration fees (with the exception of the Juvenile fee).  We will be implementing the fundraising fee again this year.  This fee will be reimbursed to the member with the selling of 50/50 tickets. With each book of additional tickets sold (over and above the initial book received with registration) the members name will be entered into a draw for FREE registration for the 2018-2019 season.  The member who sells the most books of tickets will also receive a FREE registration for the 2018-2019 season.  More details regarding the fundraising initiative will be posted on the website shortly

  2.  Registration costs are as follows:

    • General Registration for Novice through Midget (ages 7 – 17) is $525 ($475 + $50 fundraising fee).

    • Tyke and Initiation (IP) Registration (ages 3 – 6) will be $350 ($300+ $50 fundraising fee).

(Children 7 years of age will be registered initially in Novice. Each child in this age group will be assessed within the first few skates.  At that time, determination will be made as to whether the child remains in Novice or would be better suited to Tyke.  If the 7 year old child plays in the Tyke division, you will be reimbursed the $175 difference.)

  • Juvenile Registration (ages 18 – 20) is $525 ($475 + $50 fundraising fee).

Payment is due at the time of registration.  Please note that your child will not be allowed on the ice, whether it be for rep tryouts or the beginning of the regular season UNLESS THEY ARE REGISTERED AND PAID IN FULL (post-date cheques accepted).
